Stockholm Sweden – ComAround is pleased to announce that Anki Hernborg and Björn Löwgren now strengthen ComAround’s Customer Success Team.
Anki Hernborg is the new Head of Customer Success at ComAround. Anki comes from Microsoft, where she has worked as Sales Manager, Customer Experience Manager and Key Account Manager. She has previously worked on Oracle, Drutt and Memory.
Anki has a solid experience of successfully growing business with existing customers and understanding how IT can be used to gain business benefits.
“I first came in contact with ComAround as a Partner Manager on Microsoft,” says Anki Hernborg. “I was impressed by the drive and the willingness to succeed of the employees. Knowledge Management is just in time considering how to handle the development around AI and the pace of employees and customers expecting to find information and solve problems themselves. I think it will be very fun to become a part of this team and to contribute to ComAround’s success.
Björn Löwgren comes to ComAround with over 20 years of experience in education and support. Björn has worked with Microsoft’s products since 1992 and in 1995, he began writing knowledge articles for ComAround Knowledge ™. For the past 10 years, Björn has been focused on development and training within SharePoint and Office365.
Björn Löwgren comes from a position as a Sharepoint developer at DevCore. He has previously held positions such as education consultant and education manager as well as project manager at EC Education.
“Anki’s long experience in both major international companies and smaller start-ups gives us further power and speed in our global expansion. Her expertise and networking from Microsoft, along with her clear leadership in our growing Customer Success Team, strengthens ComAround’s partnership with Microsoft.
Björn’s solid experience in education and support is a valuable addition to our Customer Success team. We have previously had a long relationship with Björn and he brings a great deal of value with his expertise in education and content production.
We are very pleased to welcome Anki and Björn to us.” Says Magnus Holmqvist, CEO and founder of ComAround.
