Bill Pollie from ComAround speaks at Clear 2019 in Nashville

Cherwell´s Clear 2019 Conference kicks off in Nashville, Tennessee on September 30, 2019 – October 3, 2019. This event are designed to provide insight into how to design and get the most out of a service management strategy. The conference provides insight into the trends and challenges of serving (and providing service in) today’s digital workplaces through industry-leading and inspirational keynote speakers and extensive networking opportunities.

Bill Pollie, Executive Vice President at ComAround Inc, is holding a panel discussion at the conference, about the power of knowledge: “The Role of Advanced Knowledge Management in Driving Value in your Cherwell Solution”.

Bill will be joined by Cherwell customers who will discuss their knowledge management journey and discuss key results and lessons learned.

“Automating a bad business process results in an automated bad business process” says Bill. “Cherwell customers are engaged in digital transformation initiatives and looking to apply new technologies to the support process. They are looking to “shift left” in their support of customers and employees and ultimately to provide a robust level 0 (self-service) experience without compromising user satisfaction. Leading analysts agree that these initiatives are bound to fail without a structured and disciplined approach to capture the “intelligent knowledge” that will drive these new technologies and self service adoption. Ultimately implementing a “knowledge culture” will require the implementation of a solution that supports and enables this new culture to thrive and  transform IT Service Management.”
