On March 12th, the winners of the Self Service Awards™ 2020 were announced at ComAround Inspiration Day 2020. For the tenth year, the Self Service Awards™ recognize the organizations and individuals that have achieved the most success in their support work with the aid of the tool ComAround Knowledge™.
Prizes were presented in the categories of Strategic Achievement of the Year, Newcomer of the Year and Star of the Year.

Star of the Year
The jury has chosen the winner in the category Star of the Year. The award goes to a very determined person with great skills that has been a shining star in a European launch that included more than 30 markets and 10 different brands.
This person has in record time, pulled off a complex assignment with very good results.
