In May, ComAround’s Customer Success Team in Sweden conducted a great day together with customers in Lund. The day led to a large experience exchange, discussions and networking between the participants.
ComAround introduced new features in the service and the new modern user interface.
The day ended with mingling and networking.
“We have met colleagues from other municipalities and companies and have found opportunities to share experiences with each other – why reinvent the wheel when you can get valuable knowledge of best practice from others?”, Says Karin Pettersson from Lund Municipality, who hosted the day.
“We have received a refreshed review for our administrators who see great opportunities for follow-up and statistical reporting. We have also invited new colleagues in the opportunity to spread information and working methods to their groups”.
