ComAround employee becomes the second certified KCS® Trainer in Sweden

Heléne Källgården at ComAround has become the second certified KCS® Trainer in Sweden and one out of 23 trainers worldwide. Completing the KCS Certified Trainer program means that Heléne is qualified to teach a variety of workshops and authorized to proctor the KCS Certification Exams, supplied by the Consortium for Service Innovation and KCS Academy.

The KCS® Certified Trainer program maintains consistency in the definition of the KCS practices and successful KCS adoptions.

To pass the trainer exam the student has to co-teach a KCS v6 Practices workshop and pass written and oral exams.

– I’m very happy to have become a KCS v6 Trainer and I’m very much looking forward to the upcoming courses and several KCS implementations ahead. To become part of the trainer network and to participate in the Consortium’s activities is very valuable to me and to the work I do with our customers and ComAround Knowledge™, Heléne says.
