REMOTE TRAINING: Basic training in KCS with optional official KCS v6 Fundamentals Certification Exam
This training (including optional certification exam) is intended for individuals who are, or will be using, the KCS Practices in support and service centers to resolve issues for internal or external customers. And for anyone who is interested in learning the basics of KCS. This entry-level KCS training and certification is a great way to ensure a common understanding of the methodology, and to help individuals demonstrate a basic understanding of the KCS concepts.
