On ComAround’s Inspiration Day, Daniel will share his views on how AI is becoming an increasingly important part of our lives and workplaces. He will talk about how this affects us daily and what the future might look like.

Daniel Akenine is a physicist, lecturer, writer and former neuroscientist at Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm. He currently works for the Microsoft Technology Office. In 2015 he was appointed to IASA Fellow and ranked as one of the top IT-architects worldwide. Daniel is also an established Swedish fiction writer with the latest novel “11 grams of truth” about privacy and power in our modern society.

Content Workshop 2: Improve the customer experience thanks to technology and data  

Technology interested?  Perfect, our Development team will hold this workshop. As we became Microsoft’s Multi Cloud Partner of the Year 2019, we will go through the different platforms, how to best use our APIs, show our reports thanks to Microsoft Power BI and much more.  

What you will take from this workshop:  

  • Insight Connector and Power BI presentation (Statistics & Reporting)  
  • Technical architecture (Microsoft Teams & ITSM integrations)  
  • APIs and other technical solutions  

Content Workshop 3: Suceed with self-service support  

In this workshop we will discuss and look at what affects if self service support becomes an appreciated and positive support channel for users. The KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service) methodology has identified 5 critical factors for “self-service success”, and we will go through these. You get to work on identifying which areas you need to focus on, and we look at examples and discuss opportunities related to both process and tools.

What you will take from this workshop:  

  • What factors underlie a self-service success. 
  • What factors you need to focus on to succeed with the self-service implementation  
  • Solutions (technology & processes) that you can use
