01/31/2012 The Swedish Geotechnical Institute has entered into a 21-month project agreement relating to ComAround Self Service™ to assist users in connection with their migration from Windows XP and Office 2003 to Windows 7 and Office 2010.
01/31/2012 Länsförsäkringar is using ComAround Self Service™ to handle the transition to new standard workstations. This transition includes a new Office package (MS Office 2010) and operating system (Windows 7). ComAround Self Service™ has been tested as part of the Länsförsäkringar pilot project, and since this has been evaluated a decision has been made to continue using this for all 7000 Länsförsäkringar users in the full rollout project.
12/14/2011 Seko Tools, which has started using ComAround Self Service™ for its Swedish and English-speaking users, has now opted to extend its use to a number of new markets.

Participants came from Danish organisations and companies that use the NilexPlus® case management system. The ERFA meeting was organised by ComAround’s Danish business partner InfraSoft.

04/11/2011 The Swedish National Police Board is working on streamlining its operations, and as part of this work a decision has been made to introduce a web-based self service system. This service will be used to enhance service levels to more than 28 000 staff working for the Swedish National Police Board, while at the same time relieving the pressure on the support team when it comes to dealing with recurring IT and business issues. The service can be accessed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
04/04/2011 On 22-23 March, ComAround were at the 2011 ITSMF conference at the Clarion Hotel Oslo Airport. This conference was Scandinavia's biggest meeting place for IT Service Management, with 600 participating delegates.
