In ComAround there are category pages (so-called landing pages or entry pages) for specific topics, systems, programs, or devices to which you can refer your users. You can also create your own category pages.

ComAround enables you to work proactively by creating own guides before for example a change takes place in the organisation or to adapt ComAround guides to your specific needs. With Word Import you can rapidly and simply import text guides into the service. You can record your own video guides with sound and images directly from the browser. You can also choose to link together text, images, video and interactivity in the same guide.
Collaborate with other companies and organisations
The service enables you to search for possible collaboration partners (ComAround administrators at other companies and organisations) and invite these to develop joint guides. This enables you to save time in the production of new guides.
Statistical data and incorporated Return on Investment calculator
A ROI calculator shows clearly how much money you’re saving every day by using web-based self-service compared with staffed support. You can also see how often the service is used, the resolution rate as well as popular categories and guides.
Search logging with automatic alarm.
