Our ComAround Self Service™ is made up of lots of smart functions and modules that all work together to provide end users with a user-friendly interface. But it also includes easy-to-use tools and functions for administrators who work with service content. Here is a description of the most important functions for end users and administrators.

| Noticeboard |
A module for short messages, notices and notifications, displayed directly on the user's homepage. |
| Voting and marks |
The option of stating whether or not every guide provided assistance, and you can also give marks and feedback here. |

The guides can also be printed out. |
| Save as favourite |
If you'd like to find a guide again at a later date, you can save that guide as a favourite in your browser. |
| Forward |
A useful function for sending a guide as a direct link to a colleague; and also for support staff, who can quickly send guides directly to end users needing help. |
| Register case |
A customisable function that allows the user to register a case directly from the guide display and send it to a predefined destination. This function can ideally be linked to an external case management system or helpdesk system. |

A tool for monitoring service usage. Detailed presentation of logins, displays, search statistics, votes and marks. The statistical tool also displays estimated savings based on the usage and resolution rate of the service. |

| Automatic alarm |
An alarm function which automatically generates messages when several users have looked for guides which are not included in the service. This provides valuable information to keep you up to date with the current support requirements of your users and customers. |

A tool for managing who is to have access to specific elements of the service. This function allows you to make your own content accessible only to other people using our service. |
| Publishing tool |
A tool for creating, editing and maintaining the unique content in the text, video and interactive guides you created. The publishing tool includes smart functions for simple importing of information from Word and PDF files, uploading media files, creating cooperations with other users of our service, and a search function for locating and viewing guides issued by others. |

An easy-to-understand recording tool for creating video guides directly in a browser. No need to install any software locally. |
