Free support for three months
Free support is provided over the first three months, and over this period we'd be happy to help you to get up and running with the service quickly, ensuring that your customers and users get as much benefit from the service as possible.Do you need additional support after three months, we will charge 50 EUR per started half hour.
Online support 24 hours a day
All our customers have web-based online support available to them 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you look here, you'll find hundreds of guides to help you get started with the service and showing you how the service works. Log in to our online support.
Customer meetings for knowledge and inspiration
Every year, we arrange customer meetings so that our customers can learn all about how to work successfully with web-based self service. This learning takes place through lectures, experience exchanges and knowledge transfer together with other companies and organisations that can give you inspiration and guidance.
